IT Technical Program Manager — Site Deployments

The IT Technical Program Manager — Site Deployments role is hybrid, based in South San Francisco, California, with an expectation of approximately three days per week onsite. Compensation is $140,000–$200,000 per year. The role supports IT delivery for Zipline’s operational sites, facility upgrades, and workplace technology. The program manager establishes delivery plans, readiness gates, and operational handoffs for IT infrastructure deployments. This work helps ensure network, security, access control, endpoints, and support processes are ready to operate as Zipline scales its autonomous logistics network.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end IT program delivery for site openings, relocations, facility upgrades, and workplace technology launches
• establish intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and portfolio cadence
• maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, service levels, and risk mitigations
• coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• manage vendor scopes, acceptance criteria, and performance
• ensure solutions are secure, documented, supportable, and monitored before handoff
• run readiness reviews and retrospectives
• report program outcomes.
