Medical Billing Representative

What you'll do

• Review patient logs and claims for accuracy
• verify designated claim fields against medical records
• update patient and insurance information
• contact clients for missing information and insurers for pre-authorizations
• maintain current knowledge of billing guidelines and regulations
• cross-train in five billing work queues
• attend department meetings and work required overtime as needed.
