What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize buffet pans, pizza trays, utensils, cups, and kitchen equipment using a commercial dishwasher and three-compartment sink
• clean and restock buffet plates, bowls, silverware, and cups
• empty trash, sweep and mop floors, and keep the dish area organized
• assist with basic prep work during slower periods
• follow health department regulations and restaurant safety standards.
