The Facilities Maintenance Technician III role is onsite in Branson, MO, on the 3 PM–11:30 PM shift. Pay is $24 per hour. The position supports Westgate Branson Woods Resort and its guest experience. What you'll do

• Lead or perform maintenance projects, guest calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• inspect MEP systems
• troubleshoot HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and fixture issues
• maintain pools, spas, and water features
• support inventory and procurement
• read technical documents
• identify hazards and implement safety practices.

Why this role
