Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Pay is $27–$30 per hour. CSC Management owns and operates multifamily properties, including communities in San Antonio. The supervisor maintains the physical integrity and safe condition of the property, oversees maintenance staff, and coordinates resident service requests and preventive maintenance. The role helps provide a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance tasks and delegate work to assistants
• oversee and inspect assistant work
• manage resident service requests and complete work orders within 24 hours as much as possible
• schedule maintenance coverage for emergencies
• conduct safety meetings and maintain HAZCOM standards
• identify and correct hazardous property conditions
• maintain records for preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, and apartment readiness
• schedule and perform routine maintenance
• maintain tools
• develop staff and promote safe work practices.
