What you'll do

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and electronic requests
• receive transport requests from hospitals and nursing homes
• identify the appropriate service level
• schedule transports in Right CAD
• enter, update, and retrieve information in computer systems
• process Allscripts paperwork
• collect patient demographic, clinical, and insurance information
• follow up on inquiries
• update billing records
• log cancellations and notify supervisors or managers
• communicate with dispatchers and team members.
