What you'll do

• Manage operator users and access control, CCTV, and visitor management functions
• serve as project manager for security system migrations and projects
• coordinate with customer security leads
• administer badges and user accounts
• develop training guides and standard operating procedures
• diagnose system issues and audit alarms and hardware
• manage vendor relationships
• respond after hours to system-related emergencies
• serve as the contact for customer security system issues.
