What you'll do

• Develop hospital donation strategies and goals
• maintain relationships with hospital leaders and physicians
• support hospitals during active organ cases, including referral response and family support as needed
• coordinate with clinical teams
• participate in post-donation reviews
• maintain donation metrics and data quality
• present plans to hospital stakeholders
• maintain affiliation agreements and regulatory requirements
• and participate in community donation-promotion activities.
