Verifications Specialist

What you'll do

• Meet prospective owners to review and complete purchase documents
• ensure documents are complete and accurate
• explain purchase and legal documentation
• approve sales credit
• monitor cancellation rate
• check adherence to approved sales methods
• maintain knowledge of resort and ownership programs
• schedule appointments and respond to client questions
• provide customer service to internal and external clients.
