What you'll do

• Oversee daily classroom functions and support classroom team development
• plan schedules, routines, and lesson plans aligned with Head Start and ECEAP standards
• support children’s learning and emotional needs
• organize classroom materials
• communicate with families and facilitate family engagement
• conduct parent-teacher conferences and home visits
• maintain observations, learning plans, and confidential records
• administer screenings
• support safety, health habits, recruitment, and classroom events.
