The Project Manager is an onsite role based in De Mossville, KY. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the EGC Construction unit of Messer Construction Co. in delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects. This role exists to manage and drive projects to successful completion through a safe work environment, quality construction, effective planning, cost management, and superior customer service. The Project Manager has bottom-line responsibility for project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

What you'll do

• Manage owner, designer, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
• drive daily commitment to Zero Injury Safety Program
• manage project schedule, establish budget, and control costs
• implement Quality Leadership System
• maintain contact with subcontractors for contract awarding
• conduct and lead project meetings
• create project-specific controls and report to stakeholders.
