Stormwater Repair Technician

The Stormwater Repair Technician role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. The position supports Triangle Pond Management’s work maintaining healthy aquatic environments and stormwater systems across North Carolina. The role exists to complete repairs on lakes, ponds, and stormwater control measures, helping maintain functional systems and local landscapes. The technician reviews work scopes and material lists, performs hands-on repair and site work, and operates tools and equipment safely to meet project quality standards.

What you'll do

• Assist with reviewing scopes of work and material lists
• repair lakes, ponds, and stormwater control measures
• perform grading, excavation, erosion control, pipe installation, turf establishment, mowing, planting, and invasive plant removal
• safely operate and maintain tools and equipment.

Why this role
