The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a hybrid role based in San Dimas, CA. The salary range is $90,000 - $105,000 per year, plus up to $30,000 in annual performance incentives. This role supports the clinical team at ACES in delivering autism services. This position exists to design, develop, and implement customized ABA programs to meet the unique needs of children with autism and developmental disabilities. The BCBA will lead and guide behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes.
