Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Buffalo, NY. Base pay is $17–$20 per hour, with monthly incentive compensation of up to 30% of base pay. Exxpress Tire is a wholesale tire distributor serving dealers through six distribution centers. The representative supports customer orders and sales goals by checking order accuracy and inventory availability, processing payments, tracking deliveries, and communicating with customers and dealers. The schedule is normally Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a rotating Saturday every fourth week.

What you'll do

• Check accuracy and inventory availability for web-based and phone orders
• build work orders
• answer calls
• track expected dealer deliveries
• accept, verify, and process cash and credit card payments
• learn product and manufacturer-associated dealer programs
• communicate program progress to dealers
• make outbound calls to new and existing clients.
