What you'll do

• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare produce, meats, poultry, and seafood
• weigh and portion ingredients according to standardized recipes
• label and store food at safe temperatures
• rotate stock
• maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• and transport food and supplies between prep and cooking areas.
