What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Utilize standardized assessment tools
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Implement therapeutic techniques
• Provide consistent and comprehensive services
• Ensure regular contact and follow-up
• Accurately document all client interactions
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
• Work closely with other professionals
• Participate in regular treatment team meetings
• Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations
• Develop safety plans and coordinate with emergency services
• Engage in community outreach
• Connect individuals and families with additional resources
• Stay current with best practices
• Participate in ongoing training
• Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
