Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager, Mondawmin Mall is an onsite role in Baltimore, MD. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The assistant manager supports the Local Manager in leading seasonal photo operations and delivering a positive Santa visit and guest experience. The role helps prepare and operate the location, develop the seasonal team, support sales and service, and address customer or technical issues.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
