What you'll do

• Complete company-generated in-home appointments and set appointments with self-generated leads
• guide customers through the structured ADU sales process
• assess customer needs and project feasibility
• partner with vetted lenders on financing solutions
• prepare customized home quotes
• address objections and close sales
• build and nurture a pipeline through social media, home shows, Realtors, industry professionals, and other lead-generation channels.
