Engineering Technician I – Precision Analysis

What you'll do

• Perform established analysis and testing of suspect or defective lithium-ion battery cells
• operate analysis equipment and software, including SEM/EDS, Nano CT, and Ion-Miller
• analyze physical and chemical properties
• identify defects and abnormalities
• document results and prepare technical reports
• perform product and production-process quality checks
• monitor measurement data
• support basic troubleshooting, equipment assembly and disassembly, maintenance, and cleaning
• prepare samples for shipment
• follow safety, quality, PPE, and cleaning procedures.
