Assistant Program Director – Community Services

The Assistant Program Director – Community Services role is onsite in Pittsfield, MA. Compensation is $35.65–$40.21 per hour. The role supports the Brien Center for Mental Health’s community services programs. The assistant director oversees and supports program staff, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care. The position helps ensure that community and residential mental health services are properly documented, coordinated, and delivered in accordance with applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Supervise site leaders, recovery facilitators, and substance abuse counselors, with indirect supervision of program coordinators and housing specialists
• coordinate treatment planning and care with DMH, care coordination entities, hospitals, penal institutions, and families
• complete screenings, assessments, risk assessments, and treatment plans
• facilitate training and staff meetings when indicated
• oversee licensing corrective actions and site compliance, including medication administration program compliance.

Why this role
