What you'll do

• Handle moderate to complex workers’ compensation claims from inception to close
• negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys
• investigate underlying facts and circumstances
• retain and use experts where needed
• select and coordinate counsel
• develop negotiation strategy
• direct legal counsel and manage litigation
• attend settlement conferences on serious injury claims
• manage a pending caseload of 90–120 claims.
