Contact Center Representative

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-up calls
• complete initial screenings and pre-assessments
• gather insurance and demographic information and assist with benefit verification
• coordinate admission dates, times, transportation, and arrival details
• document calls and follow-up activity
• manage opportunities in Dazos
• communicate with Admissions, Clinical, Medical, Transportation, and other departments
• complete assigned follow-ups, referrals, and form fills
• follow confidentiality, HIPAA, and company policies
• escalate safety concerns appropriately
• participate in meetings, training, coaching, and quality reviews.
