The Product Owner, Enterprise Technology role is hybrid in Omaha, NE, with 50% onsite work after the initial training period. Compensation is $115,000–$125,000 per year based on experience. The role supports enterprise technology initiatives and modernization and expansion of a major enterprise platform. The Product Owner connects business stakeholders with technical delivery teams by translating business needs into priorities, requirements, and actionable work. The role guides backlog and release planning, supports delivery and validation, and helps improve platform capabilities and Agile practices.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to define product goals, priorities, and roadmaps
• own and prioritize backlogs, user stories, enhancements, and competing needs
• translate requirements into functional requirements and Agile work items
• lead or support backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure, and operations
• coordinate platform enhancements and workflow improvements
• communicate priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies
• support testing, user acceptance, release coordination, and solution validation
• identify process improvement, workflow automation, and platform capability opportunities.
