• oversee graduation and postsecondary planning
• develop college access, career exploration, workforce, and credential opportunities
• manage dual-enrollment partnerships
• coordinate student exposure and opportunity access
• support student wellness and safety protocols
• oversee relevant student data, records, and reporting
• build family and community partnerships
• track alumni outcomes.
