What you'll do

• Support monthly and quarterly close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• support general ledger activities and U.S. GAAP compliance
• manage and develop a remote global finance team
• partner with Operations and Supply Chain on standard costing and inventory accounting
• lead budgeting and forecasting
• provide financial analysis to division leadership
• use Oracle Fusion ERP and Hyperion applications
• maintain internal controls and support audits
• lead process improvements and finance technology initiatives, including AI adoption.
