Job overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Monday–Friday, 4–7 p.m., Spanish role is onsite in Atlanta, Georgia, with opportunities throughout Georgia and services delivered in homes and community settings. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. Heartlinks ABA provides ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, supporting communication, social interaction, behavior, and daily living skills. Under BCBA supervision, the RBT implements therapy programs and teaches functional skills while documenting progress and collaborating with families. The role contributes to consistent delivery of individualized services and meaningful skill development.

What you'll do

  • Provide ABA services to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision
  • implement BCBA-designed therapy programs
  • teach skills related to functional goals and needs
  • complete progress notes in the data collection system
  • collaborate with families to support consistent behavior-plan implementation.
