What you'll do

• Generate new leases and renewals through peer engagement
• conduct property and unit tours
• follow up with prospects
• support resident events, move-ins, and community activities
• provide first-level support
• assist with packages, cleaning amenity spaces, turnover, and office opening and closing
• support after-hours lockouts when assigned.
