Human Resources Field Compliance Analyst

The Human Resources Field Compliance Analyst role is onsite in New York, NY, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Compensation is $27–$29 per hour based on relevant experience. YELM US Associates supports its licensed home care agencies, Ultimate Care and Swift Home Care, so patients can receive care and families can have peace of mind. This role maintains audit-ready caregiver and employee records by auditing credentials, tracking compliance, digitizing and organizing documents, and supporting internal and external audits. It helps HR and agency teams resolve documentation issues and keep records accurate, secure, and accessible.

What you'll do

• Audit caregiver records for required documentation and regulatory compliance
• track certifications and credentials
• scan, upload, index, and maintain HR files
• monitor data accuracy and compliance dashboards
• retrieve records and prepare audit documentation
• coordinate corrective actions with HR, caregivers, IT, leadership, and regulatory agencies
• maintain confidentiality.
