The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is based in Fort Dodge, IA, and provides services in clients’ homes, schools, communities, or clinic settings. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. The role teaches communication, social, life, and academic skills, records progress data, and coordinates with supervisors, families, and team members.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, or clinic settings
• implement treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach skills
• collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• participate in supervision, team meetings, and training
• communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members
• maintain confidentiality and a safe therapeutic environment.
