Home Health Aide

Job overview

The Home Health Aide role is onsite in clients’ homes in the Toccoa, GA area. Pay is $12–$12.50 per hour. Sanzie Healthcare Services provides in-home health services to clients and their families, with a stated focus on communication, care, and family and client involvement. The aide follows each client’s care plan and provides personal-care and household support to senior adult and disabled clients. The work helps clients with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, meals, medication reminders, and errands while supporting their well-being at home.

What you'll do

• Follow duties in the client’s care plan or service agreement
• prepare meals and clean up
• perform homemaking and laundry
• assist with mobility and walking
• maintain kitchen and bathroom areas
• assist with toileting, personal hygiene, bathing, and showering
• provide medication reminders
• assist with routine transfers
• provide transportation and run errands.
