What you'll do

• Contact general contractors’ pre-construction departments
• evaluate project opportunities
• review plans, P&IDs, specifications, and contracts
• use estimating and takeoff systems
• coordinate drawings, scopes, and points of contact with other trades
• prepare RFIs
• solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing
• prepare bid recaps, general conditions, schedules, and letters
• run job reports
• support project sales and kickoff meetings
• and assist with productivity tracking and project performance reviews.
