What you'll do

• Manage pre-construction setup and confirm permits, documentation, drawings, selections, scopes, and pricing
• coordinate with estimating and vendors
• schedule trade partners, inspections, and deliveries
• track purchase orders, RFIs, revisions, and design changes
• monitor milestones and job flow
• inspect site access, organization, equipment placement, and cleanup
• organize site meetings and resolve problems.
