What you'll do

• Review contracts and loan packages for completeness, accuracy, approval authority, and policy compliance
• inspect loan documents for suspicious or fraudulent documentation
• verify contract figures, disclosures, signatures, and supporting documents
• work with dealerships to correct errors or missing items
• refer major violations to a supervisor or manager
• maintain department logs and spreadsheets
• enter application information into the indirect loan origination system
• provide payoff or account information as needed.
