What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• build and lead the team
• create and follow shift plans
• oversee food preparation and cleaning to company standards
• communicate daily priorities
• monitor food quality, hospitality, and team and customer satisfaction
• manage staffing, food costs, and labor costs
• support sales building and community engagement.
