Business Development Director

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships across assigned customer organizations
• identify and pursue new business opportunities
• represent AeroVironment to customers
• create capture plans and win strategies
• conduct market research and competitive assessments
• support forecasting and strategic planning
• identify funding sources, contract vehicles, influencers, and decision-makers
• communicate customer requirements and competitive feedback to management and product line teams
• qualify leads
• support marketing collateral
• connect engineering technology needs with funding
• and build partnerships. Travel within the contiguous United States is stated as 25–50%, with potential periodic travel outside the continental United States.
