What you'll do

• Assess residents and records for skin conditions
• provide wound and skin assessment and care
• identify conditions requiring physician evaluation
• initiate consultations or referrals
• make care recommendations
• assist with nursing department operations, policies, staffing, training, and quality improvement
• monitor nursing care, medication passes, and treatment schedules
• provide direct nursing care as needed
• maintain resident confidentiality.
