Parts Counterperson

What you'll do

• Pull parts for service and repair orders and deliver them to technician stalls
• assist retail customers and wholesale accounts with parts selection and orders
• use dealer software and catalogs
• organize inventory and perform checks and cycle counts
• monitor special orders, returns, and requisitions
• process repair-order and counter-ticket billing
• and assist with stocking, freight, and returns.
