The Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide role is onsite in Coxsackie, NY, with pay of $18.65–$22.00 per hour depending on role and driver status. The role supports clients’ daily well-being by assisting with personal care, household tasks, safety, and documentation. Aides follow care plans, report changes or concerns to the RN Supervisor, and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• support safe use of assistive equipment
• document services
• report changes in condition or incidents to the RN Supervisor
• maintain client confidentiality
• participate in supervisory and care-team processes.
