What you'll do
- Assist with directing and supervising resident care plans and assigned-unit services

- assist nurses with assessments, care planning, task priorities, education, and supplies or medications
- monitor and document incidents, accidents, and complaints
- facilitate communication among nurses, providers, responsible parties, vendors, and managers
- spot-check documentation
- respond to and document emergencies
- assist with staffing
- supervise equipment use
- provide direct resident care as necessary
- prepare or administer performance reviews in consultation with unit managers.
