What you'll do

• Greet members and guests and assist with check-in questions or concerns
• connect with members on the club floor and uphold club policies
• answer phones
• perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, balance collection, and transfers
• conduct prospective-member calls and tours
• process retail transactions
• clean and sanitize equipment and amenities
• inspect club areas and address safety, cleanliness, and facility concerns.
