What you'll do

• Remove trash and clean buildings and common areas
• perform landscaping and grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, seeding, and weeding
• assist with snow and ice removal
• maintain playgrounds and basketball courts
• transport materials and supplies
• clean apartments for occupancy
• assist with painting under supervision
• move furniture and equipment
• assist maintenance technicians with construction, repairs, and facility upkeep.
