An HVAC Controls Engineer is responsible for providing hands-on controls and electrical engineering support to correct, repair, and improve HVAC equipment and systems company-wide. Essential Job Functions:. Troubleshoot and repair PLC, VFD and control related issues. Design and implement system changes, updates and improvements, including creating new control systems.
