What you'll do

• Drive membership sales through dog health and wellness education
• answer calls and schedule appointments
• manage customer profiles and records
• assist where needed to keep operations on schedule
• resolve customer concerns and retain memberships
• follow sanitation and cleaning practices
• and follow up with prospective members.
