What you'll do

• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility
• transfer, transport, and reposition residents
• obtain and record vital signs and weights
• protect resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights
• assist with admissions, discharges, and restorative nursing activities
• report changes in condition
• maintain clean and safe care areas
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• collaborate with care teams.
