The role supports digital transformation, interoperability, and effective adoption of technology and data solutions across INDOT.

What you'll do

• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and align communication around technology and data solutions
• serve as a business relationship manager for assigned areas
• partner with IT and data practitioners to develop requirements
• manage expectations across stakeholders, vendors, leadership, and technical teams
• facilitate discovery sessions and workshops
• translate business needs into requirements and user stories
• identify root causes and mediate competing priorities
• advance interoperability across systems, data, and processes
• support strategic planning and change management
• promote governance practices.
