The Shift Supervisor | Iliff Store role is an onsite, full-time position in the 80013 area of Colorado. Pay is $20.32 per hour. The supervisor provides day-to-day leadership across a Goodwill of Colorado retail center.

What you'll do

• Monitor the retail center and address safety, customer service, product flow and presentation issues
• manage breaks and staff coverage
• coach employees and provide review input
• assist with opening and closing
• verify sales paperwork, count drawers and make change
• support inventory
• coordinate customer service
• handle escalated complaints and donation decisions
• and cross-train in store procedures and equipment. Open availability includes evenings and weekends
• shifts may run from 7 AM to 10 PM.
