What you'll do
- Lead mitigation teams
- oversee tarping, board-up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation
- prepare crews through team huddles
- meet clients and adjusters onsite to resolve issues
- reinspect job sites for quality control
- serve as a customer contact
- maintain stocked and organized trucks and equipment
- participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
