What you'll do

• Interpret between Spanish and English for providers and patients by video, phone, and written communication
• answer and place calls in both languages
• respond professionally to practice calls
• act as a liaison between patients and care teams
• schedule provider, lab, X-ray, and DEXA appointments
• assist with practice information and patient portal enrollment
• route messages to administrative medical assistants
• enter insurance information and complete eligibility checks
• support downtime tasks and team meetings.
