Member Support Professional

The Member Support Professional role is onsite in North Easton, MA, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $20.60–$24.10 per hour. House of Possibilities supports adults with disabilities in building independence and living meaningful lives. This role helps members participate in community and in-house activities according to their needs, goals, abilities, and wishes. The professional provides daily living and physical assistance, supports medication administration under MAP regulations, and documents member and program updates.

What you'll do

• Support members in community and in-house activities
• assist with activities of daily living and physical needs
• dispense medications in accordance with MAP regulations
• implement schedules, menus, and activities
• maintain program cleanliness
• attend weekly staff meetings
• report incidents and document daily shift notes.
