What you'll do

• Prepare and portion ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring
• follow recipes and production instructions
• assist with sauces, marinades, and other components
• stock and organize workstations
• label and store ingredients properly
• assist with basic cooking tasks as needed
• monitor inventory and communicate replenishment needs
• follow food safety and sanitation regulations
• support line cooks during service
• perform additional tasks as assigned.
